All orders are verified and processed within 24 hours.
During peak seasons, major sales, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. If any significant delay occurs, our team will notify you directly via phone or email.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines (Bangladesh)
We partner with reliable, premium courier services to deliver across the country. Our estimated delivery windows are:

Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 1–2 working days.
Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj & Keraniganj: 1–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka (All other districts): 2–4 working days.

Note: These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, these are not strict legal guarantees.

3. Shipping Charges
Delivery fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional offers (such as free shipping campaigns) will be automatically applied at checkout when active.

Outside Dhaka: 120 TK

Please ensure your Full Name, Complete Address, and a Valid, Reachable Phone Number are entered correctly at checkout. ZARIJ cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
